Grounds the circle in evidence, science, data and what is known.
Together we explore meaning, purpose and what's next.
Life is a journey. How far will you travel?
Depth through diversity.
Each seat is a distinct vantage point — a different way of seeing, building and being in the world. Together, the Circle becomes more than the sum of its parts as we explore the inflection points that brought us together and our aspirations for where it goes from here. The Circle is about self-discovery that accelerates our sense of purpose and our becoming of what's next.
Pushes the group to think beyond what is known.
Sees the world through the lens of opportunity.
Brings pattern and beauty through design, intuition and feeling.
Widens the lens on meaning, asking the questions beneath the questions and challenging easy assumptions.
Holds space for faith, inner work and meaning with a higher purpose.
Allocates capital and energy into what could be, not just what is.
Brings focus to the well being of our minds and bodies.
El Durancho, Costa Rica.
Place shapes conversation. For the 2026 Circle of Eight, we gather at El Durancho — a private working cattle ranch in Costa Rica surrounded by nature, animals and quiet space to think.
It’s designed to feel intimate rather than impressive: shared meals, unhurried conversation, and a setting that makes it easy to step out of default life and into deeper reflection.
Exploring the essential questions.
We open the circle as the sun goes down and move through a sequence of questions: Who are you beneath the résumé? What inflection points shaped you? What have you built and what has it cost?
On the final day, the questions shift: What version of you is trying to emerge? What contribution are you uniquely positioned to make from here? A professional guide holds the arc of the 2.5 days so that the group can relax into the work itself.
